Audit Division
The Chief of the Udit Division, Robert Rivas Carrillo, is a Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has a MBA degree from the Universidad de Chile, specializing in Finance Management. Has 21 years experience in supervision of the pension system and capital market. He served at the Superintendence of Pensions, initially as a financial analyst, later as chief of the departments of Financial Control and Analysis and Development of Pension Systems, and finally as chief of the Division of Control of Institutions. Has been active as an international consultant in various public organizations of Argentina, Uruguay, El Salvador and Bolivia. In office at the SCJ since August 2011.
Her main responsabilities are:
- Plan, design and manage the complete auditing of casinos and to enforce the law and sectorial regulations. Other responsibilities comprise the accounting supervision of the construction of the facilities previous to the beginning of the operations as well as financial auditing of the operation of the casinos.
