01. Award, reject, renew and revoke operating permits for casinos and license for gambling and associated services, according to the provisions of the Casino Act (Act N° 19.995).
02. Supervise and control the activities of casinos and their operators in the legal, financial, commercial and accounting fields to assure due compliance of obligations established in the Casino Act and other related regulations.
03. Established general accounting principles for controlled entities and enforce compliance with the obligations provided by the Act and other related regulations, in particular regarding when and how balance sheets and financial statements should be presented.
04. Supervise and control gaming based on applicable rules, as well as the proper operation of slot machines and implements used to this effect.
05. Authorize operators to outsource the administration and associated services awarded in the operating permit.
06. Control fulfillment of enabling requirements by employees in gambling rooms or other casino facilities and assure they comply with the respective regulations.
07. Agree with other agencies of the Government Administration or with private entities properly approved with the Superintendence of Casinos on specific actions or services that allow better performance of its duties.
08. Standardize slot machines and game implements approved for use in casinos and to keep an updated record.
