The schedule reports day, time and place of each meeting with the Superintendent, which are held in the institutional HQ. Name of the applicant, subject to be treated and subsequently will be included in an executive summary of the meeting.
The Public Schedule of meetings with the Superintendent - trasparency active iniciative was implemented on March, 11th 2006, was awarded in 2007 and 2008 from the independent jury of the Transparency and Integrity of the Presidency Republic when it was evaluated as part of the top 10 Best iniciatives of the country in public tranparency.
