A service request, refers to any request that a citizen presents to the Superintendence of Casinos (SCJ) with the purpose of receiving clear, precise and timely information and orientation regarding the correct interpretation and implementation of the casino industry regulations and its correct operation, carry out complaints whenever the claimant is not satisfied with the casino’s response; he or she may also submit complaints, suggestions and compliments regarding this service of the SCJ

Citizen Defense Commission at the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency
By Supreme Decree N°65, of 2001, the Citizen Defense Commission was created, with the purpose of Protecting the Rights of the People, said commission shall safeguard the defense and promote the rights and interests of the people before State Administration entities and any act or omission of said bodies in relation to the fulfillment of public needs.
