Reports (denounce)
This refers to any presentation by which a person, informs the Superintendence of Casinos (SCJ) an alleged failure to comply with the law that regulates the operation and exploitation of casinos by the operating company.
In a report, the particular conflict with the casino or its personnel is not exposed; nonetheless the facts expressed could constitute infractions to the current regulations. The presentation shall not be processed in accordance to Circular N°13, of December 30, 2010, which established the process for claims against casinos.
Notwithstanding the prior paragraph in accordance to the nature or characteristic of the reported facts, the SCJ shall carry out several of supervision and control, with the purpose of investigating the facts exposed in a presentation.
